 Return Policy: Due to the perishable nature of our roses, returns are not accepted.

Incoterm

Incoterm CPT (Carriage Paid To): The cost of the goods (roses) and freight to the destination airport are included in the price you pay on our online store. We will specify the nearest destination airport to your location at the time of purchase.

Customs

The buyer is responsible for handling all customs formalities in the destination country, including the payment of duties, taxes, and other associated costs.
